Rouge The Bat is a spoiled Treasure Hunter with nothing to say about anything but finding the Master Emerald. She has wings that allow her to Fly high above the Screen, hiding from Enemies. She can preform a High kick, which will often send Players flying into the Sky.

She has no Special Attack, allthough as you are flying, you can exicute a Backflip which will toss Enemies in the opossite Direction.Her kicks are powerful and good for KOing.

- She, like other Fly Characters, will fly back to the top if she is thrown downwards off of the Map.Making her one of the longest survivors in a match.
- She is Unlocked By Completing Adventure mode as Knuckles.
